• Role & Company / Project Overview The Meat Co. Bahrain (Est. 1976) is seeking talented Bartenders to join its pre-opening team in Bahrain. Bartenders will craft beverages and provide an engaging, upscale bar experience for patrons. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards. - Interact with bar guests, take orders, make recommendations, and provide courteous service. - Maintain an organized, fully stocked, clean, and sanitized bar station. - Monitor inventory, track supplies, restock glassware, garnishes, and mixers, and assist with stock replenishment. - Comply with all health, hygiene, and responsible beverage serving standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated passion for hospitality and mixology. - Prior bartending experience in a busy restaurant, hotel, or lounge. - In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage preparation techniques. - Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bahrain. - Pre-opening restaurant schedule; operational evening and rotational shifts. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation per company standards. • Application Instructions - Send CV by email with the subject line 'MEAT CO.
