Role & Company / Project Overview: Li Ying Hin Restaurant at City of Dreams, Macau, is seeking a professional Assistant Manager in the Food & Beverage (F&B) Department to support daily operations, supervise the service team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Asia's leading tourism and entertainment destinations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Coordinate reservations, seating arrangements, and dining room operations while maintaining service excellence • Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant service team • Build strong guest relationships and handle customer enquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally • Liaise directly with the kitchen and relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage service • Assist in staff scheduling, task allocation, and team performance monitoring • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace regulations Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Female candidate, approximately 35 years old, height 165 cm (1.65 m) or above • Prior Food & Beverage service experience within a casino, luxury hotel, or integrated resort • Macau working experience is preferred • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese; Cantonese speaking ability is an advantage • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to supervise a team and manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment • Professional appearance, service etiquette, and a proactive, solution-oriented commitment to service quality • Open to eligible international candidates, including Vietnamese applicants (candidates from mainland China and the Philippines are excluded from this recruitment campaign) Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: City of Dreams, Macau • Working Hours: 9.6 working hours per day, including breaks • Schedule: Two days off per week Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed monthly salary: MOP 30,000 per month • Company-sponsored work visa and airfare • Hotel accommodation provided for up to one week while searching for an apartment (subject to company arrangements) • MOP 500 monthly housing allowance • Dedicated HR support with onboarding and apartment rental arrangements • Free staff meals and uniform provided • 12 days of annual leave • Company-paid medical and dental insurance • Potential year-end bonus equivalent to 1–2 months' salary, subject to business performance and company policy • Benefits provided in accordance with company policy and local labor laws Application Instructions: • Submit an updated CV in English via designated contact channels.
