Role & Company / Project Overview: Marine-Power Industry Asia Pacific Corp. is conducting direct hiring for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer based in Lumban, Laguna, Philippines. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Directly reporting to the Sr. O&M Manager. • Responsible for the operation and maintenance activities of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) power plant. • Coordinates all operation & electrical maintenance activities related to keeping equipment in good working condition to optimize production efficiency in the Battery Storage Plant in conjunction with the generation and supply of electric power in the grid. • Ensures that the plant is operating safely, economically, with high availability, reliability, and efficiency. • Responsible for all electrical inspections related to installations, testing, commissioning, etc., for the involved project. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Licensed Electrical Engineer. • At least three (3) years of experience as an electrical/instrumentation Supervisor in the maintenance of power plants or manufacturing industries. • Good oral and written communication skills.
