Role & Company / Project Overview: Marine-Power Industry Asia Pacific Corp. is urgently hiring for a direct-hire Control Room Operator position based in Batangas, Philippines. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Reports directly to the Operations Supervisor/Superintendent (as applicable). • Responsible for operations in the control room such as starting, stopping, and loading of all Electric Generator units according to standard operating procedures. • Inspect and monitor conditions and daily performance of the whole power plant and all its equipment under operation or in shutdown through computers, control panel, switchboard, and monitoring devices. • Maintain direct control over engine parameters according to work instructions from the Operation Supervisor/Superintendent to ensure efficient, reliable, cost-effective, and safe power plant operations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering graduate (preferably licensed). • At least 3 years of experience as an operator in a power plant. • Good communication skills. • Computer literate. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Onsite power plant operations in Batangas, Calabarzon, Philippines. Compensation & Benefits: • Direct hiring terms as per company standards.
