Role & Company / Project Overview Zion Design n Build is expanding its project team in Lucknow and is actively hiring for the role of Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer - Billing, Estimation & BBS. The organization is keen to have more women engineers in their site and planning team and strongly encourages female civil engineers to apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation. • Manage client and contractor billing processes. • Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). • Perform rate analysis for building projects. • Work closely with site and planning teams on building construction tasks. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 2 to 5 years of experience in Building Projects. • Degree or background in Civil Engineering. • Key technical skills required: BOQ Preparation, Client/Contractor Billing, BBS, Rate Analysis, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel.
