Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: An Interior Design & Interior Architecture company is hiring a Billing Engineer to manage project measurements, quantity estimation, and invoice processing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare client and subcontractor bills, measurement sheets, and quantity takeoff documentation. • Perform rate analysis, cost estimation, and variation tracking for interior and civil work. • Reconcile material consumption, bill verification, and ensure accuracy in final bill submissions. • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to expedite billing cycles. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Civil Engineering. • Preferred background in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. • Relevant experience in interior projects, civil construction, or interior architecture. • In-depth knowledge of billing, estimation, measurement verification, and site execution. • Good analytical, coordination, and client-handling skills. • Ability to adhere to project deliverables and closing schedules. • Immediate joiners preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project Locations: Haryana (including Bawal), Ghaziabad, and Delhi (Onsite). Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
