Role & Company / Project Overview: An organization in the Interior Design and Interior Architecture industry is urgently hiring a Site Supervisor for multiple locations across Delhi NCR and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise on-site execution of interior architecture and civil construction activities. • Monitor site work to ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and project specifications. • Coordinate between workers, contractors, vendors, and clients. • Track day-to-day progress, identify site bottlenecks, and adhere to project timelines and deliverables. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Civil Engineering. • Candidates with an Interior Design or Interior Architecture background will be preferred. • Relevant experience in interior projects, civil construction, or interior architecture. • Solid practical knowledge of site execution and coordination. • Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills. • Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. • Immediate joiners are preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project Locations: Haryana (including Bawal), Ghaziabad, and Delhi (Onsite). Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
