Role & Company / Project Overview: Fauji Foundation invites applications from qualified, passionate, and experienced professionals for the position of Principal to lead academic excellence and institutional development. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide strong academic leadership and oversee institutional management. • Oversee teaching and learning activities effectively across the institution. • Ensure sound educational administration and uphold rigorous academic standards. • Foster a productive, disciplined, and conducive learning environment for faculty and students. • Exercise strong communication, interpersonal engagement, and institutional decision-making. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: MA / MSc / M.Phil / MS or equivalent degree. • Additional Qualifications: Candidates with Ph.D., EPM, M.Ed., or B.Ed. will be preferred. • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of teaching or management experience in a reputed educational institution. • Competencies: Sound understanding of educational administration, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Lower Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. • On-site administrative leadership role.
