• Role & Company / Project Overview: Dubai Modern Education School (DMES) is hiring a Principal – Middle & High School (Girls) to lead and inspire our school community by overseeing academic excellence, daily operations, staff development, student wellbeing, and the effective implementation of the American Curriculum across the assigned girls' campus. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and inspire the school community across Middle & High School (Girls). - Oversee academic excellence and daily campus operations. - Direct staff development, supervision, and performance management. - Foster and support student wellbeing and academic progression. - Ensure rigorous, effective implementation of the American Curriculum. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Master's or Doctorate in Education or Educational Leadership. - Minimum 3 years of educational leadership experience. - Experience in American Curriculum schools is preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and staff management skills. - Excellent understanding of academic standards and student wellbeing. - Native English speaker or IELTS Academic 8.0. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Mizhar 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive leadership compensation structure. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to forward their updated CV/resume.
