### Role & Company / Project Overview Everesteer is hiring Quant Developers for their London office to engineer next-generation algorithmic and quantitative systems within the Quant Hedge Fund domain. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Engineer, test, and optimize low-latency quantitative execution and market-making systems. • Implement algorithmic solutions, simulation models, and data pipelines. • Engage with the Dice Market Making challenge platform and algorithmic competitions. • Partner with quantitative researchers to turn mathematical models into robust software. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Strong educational and practical background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Physics, or related disciplines. • Deep proficiency in software engineering, algorithmic design, and data structures. • Ambitious attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: London, United Kingdom (Office-based). • Full-time, in-person role, 5+ days a week at the London office. ### Compensation & Benefits • Direct interview opportunity for the top 20 finishers of the challenge or creators of unique solutions. • High-impact role in an expanding quant hedge fund. ### Application Instructions • Solve the Dice Market Making challenge by 1 November and submit your CV via email.
