### Role & Company / Project Overview Vita Properties is looking for a creative, property-minded marketeer to take ownership of how we market our homes, our neighbourhoods, and our brand in North West London. This is a hands-on in-house role centered around Brand, Property & Digital for someone who understands that great residential property marketing is about more than just putting a listing online. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Launch standout homes and drive visibility across key channels. • Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, email, and local community marketing. • Help ensure every property represented feels distinctive, desirable, and worth discovering. • Take full ownership of brand presence, neighborhood storytelling, and overarching property marketing initiatives. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Background in residential property marketing, or experience originating from interiors, design, lifestyle, hospitality, or another visually led brand. • A great creative eye, strong original ideas, and the proven ability to turn concepts into marketing that gets noticed. • Passion for property, interiors, culture, and London real estate. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: North West London, London, United Kingdom • Employment Type: Permanent / In-house role ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to review the role overview and get in touch via email.
