Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Analyst (R2R) with strong SAP S/4HANA Finance and FI/CO expertise to lead solution design, configuration, enhancements, and integrations across the Record-to-Report landscape. This role will play a key part in a major financial transformation program, focusing on financial consolidations, revenue recognition, banking integrations, and end-to-end finance architecture. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and architect SAP S/4HANA RTR solutions across General Ledger, sub-ledgers, and period-end closing. • Support SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and SLT replication scenarios. • Lead SAP Multi Bank Connectivity (MBC), bank integrations, and payment format configuration. • Design and deliver SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), including revenue recognition and contract management. • Drive AP/AR processes, payment runs, dunning, credit management, and cash application. • Configure tax processes and integrate SAP with OneSource. • Lead account determination across FI, CO, and integrated modules. • Support financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and Group Reporting. • Drive finance integrations with SAP SD, MM, external systems, IDocs, APIs, and middleware. • Lead functional design, blueprint reviews, enhancements, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5–8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience. • 1–2+ years of practical SAP S/4HANA Finance experience. • At least one Greenfield or Brownfield S/4HANA implementation. • Strong expertise in R2R, General Ledger, New GL, Asset Accounting, and Universal Journal (ACDOCA). • Hands-on experience with AP, AR, banking interfaces, and payment processing. • Experience with SAP MBC and bank connectivity. • SAP RAR, BRF+, and revenue recognition experience. • SAP tax configuration and OneSource integration. • Experience with Central Finance (CFIN), SLT, or related replication concepts. • Knowledge of SAP Fiori Finance applications and Electronic Bank Statements. • Strong integration experience with SAP MM, SD, and other enterprise systems. • Understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles. • Experience with Agile, SAFe, or Hybrid project methodologies. • Eligible Visa status: USC, TN, H4.
