### Role & Company / Project Overview Drunix Solutions is hiring an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Solution Designer to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of global SAP O2C processes. The candidate will deliver scalable SAP solutions with strong expertise across SAP SD, CRM, FSCM, Accounts Receivable, and OpenText, combining leadership experience with hands-on technical architecture and design capabilities. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, configure, and support comprehensive SAP O2C solutions across SAP SD, CRM, FSCM, Receivables Management, and OpenText. • Drive end-to-end global ERP implementations leveraging Agile and Hybrid methodologies. • Develop detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF). • Troubleshoot production issues, resolve incidents, and deliver system enhancements. • Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver scalable SAP solutions. • Ensure full SOX compliance, financial controls, governance, and audit requirements across processes. • Mentor team members and provide overall functional leadership. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on SAP O2C expertise with 12+ years of ERP experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of ERP experience with a Master's degree. • Minimum 2 years of proven functional lead experience. • In-depth expertise in SAP SD, CRM, FSCM, Receivables Management, and OpenText. • Strong functional knowledge of sales contracts, sales order management, customer master data, and credit management. • Hands-on experience with pricing configuration, variant pricing, billing, intercompany sales, rebates, and revenue recognition. • Strong integration experience between SD and FI-AR, including account determination. • Practical SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration experience. • Cross-functional integration knowledge across SAP FICO, MM, PP, and PS. • Proven experience with business requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. • Experience developing complex queries, SQL extracts, and business reports. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Eligible Visa categories: USC, TN, H4. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Lisle, Illinois, United States. • Onsite/client schedule as required for project deliverables. ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard competitive compensation commensurate with senior solution designer experience. ### Application Instructions • Interested and qualified candidates are invited to share their updated resume via email.
