Role & Company / Project Overview: The Center for Responsible Business & Leadership (CRBL) at Católica-Lisbon SBE is hiring a motivated candidate to join the team through a Research Grant (BI) focused in the areas of Management, Strategy, and Marketing. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to research and impactful projects at the intersection of responsible business, sustainability, leadership, strategy, and impact, while actively supporting the Center's communication and engagement initiatives. Additionally, the position may provide opportunities for complementary work assisting faculty members with courses related to these focus areas. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Contribute to research and projects centered around responsible business, sustainability, leadership, strategy, and impact. • Support the Center's communication and engagement activities. • Execute digital marketing initiatives, including content creation and social media management. • Utilize basic design tools such as Canva for Center communications. • Provide complementary assistance to faculty members with academic courses related to management, strategy, and marketing. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a closely related field. • Mandatory fluency in Portuguese. • Strong English communication skills. • Demonstrated proactivity, independence, and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong digital marketing and communication skills, covering content creation, social media management, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva). • Interest or prior experience in corporate sustainability, digital marketing, communication, and social media is highly valued.
