Job description

Saigon Kitchen located in Launceston CBD is currently hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support daily culinary operations. Responsibilities for this position include assisting cooks with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, handling dishwashing duties, and ensuring adherence to kitchen quality standards. Applicants must be reliable, responsible, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends is required. The ability to communicate in both English and Vietnamese is an advantage, though comprehensive training will be provided to suitable candidates.
