Role & Company / Project Overview: The Placement Valley is recruiting experienced Vietnamese Chefs for full-time culinary positions across multiple locations in Australia. The positions offer visa sponsorship pathways (Subclass 482 and Subclass 494) available after probation, enabling candidates to build their future in Australia with employer support. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes with high-quality and consistent presentation. • Maintain culinary standards and authentic flavours throughout food preparation and service. • Manage kitchen station operations, food safety standards, and hygiene requirements. • Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure efficient service delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Must already be located in Australia. • Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on professional cooking experience specializing in Vietnamese cuisine. • A strong passion for authentic flavour and consistent, high-quality plates. • Ability to prove culinary capabilities in the kitchen and work well under pressure.
