• Role & Company / Project Overview Lang Specialty Trailers is growing rapidly as demand for specialty trailers continues to increase. To support this growth, we are expanding our production team and hiring Manufacturing & Assembly Technicians to build and assemble high-quality specialty trailer units. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform assembly and manufacturing operations on specialty trailers. - Execute tasks involving mechanical assembly, fitting, structural work, and production lines. - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble parts and components according to production specifications. - Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols on the production floor. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience in any of the following fields: manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding, or construction. - Strong mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship skills. - Ability to read production plans/instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented production environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: Four-day work week (Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM) - Location: Latrobe, Pennsylvania, United States - Work Mode: Onsite • Compensation & Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans - Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay - Matched 401(k) retirement plan • Application Instructions Submit your resume directly to the Lang Specialty Trailers HR department via the listed email address.
