Role & Company / Project Overview: Hire Maven is hiring a skilled, customer-facing AI Engineer passionate about building and deploying production-ready AI solutions for enterprise customers across Latin America. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business needs and deliver tailored AI solutions. • Build intelligent agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI. • Develop LLM and RAG pipelines using client-specific data. • Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to deliver AI applications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Backend Development. • Strong skills in Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. • Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, and vector databases. • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills. • Fluency in both Spanish and English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps is a plus.
