• Role & Company / Project Overview DatamanUSA is actively hiring a Data Developer for our direct client, State of Michigan. The Data Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database structures, PL/SQL code, data integrations, and ETL processes that support secure and efficient data flow across enterprise systems. This role requires close collaboration with Data Architects, DBAs, application support teams, and vendors to build scalable data solutions, support vendor-hosted applications, and ensure data quality and integrity. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and maintain database objects, tables, views, indexes, triggers, and constraints. - Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, and ETL processes. - Support enterprise data modeling and architecture initiatives. - Lead data migration and system integration projects. - Develop and consume SOAP/REST APIs for data exchange. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and performance issues. - Collaborate with architects, DBAs, vendors, and project teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ Years: Oracle PL/SQL Development (Packages, Procedures, Functions). - 8+ Years: Oracle SQL Developer / TOAD. - 8+ Years: Oracle Database Design & Development. - 8+ Years: Data Modeling (Logical & Physical) & Database Normalization. - 8+ Years: Data Analysis, Metadata Management & Data Quality. - 8+ Years: Web Services Integration (SOAP/REST). - 8+ Years: Data Migration & Data Conversion. - Experience with Vendor-Hosted/COTS Applications. - Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Data Modeling, Database Development, ETL, and System Integrations. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid - Onsite every Tuesday & Wednesday). - Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Extension Possible). - Candidate Eligibility: Locals and non locals both can apply. - Interview Process: Up to 2 rounds of in-person interviews.
