Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 9+ years of professional experience to join the team on a W2 basis. The position is open to candidates on H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, and USC visas. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL applications. • Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and SQL queries. • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable database solutions. • Perform SQL query tuning, performance optimization, and database troubleshooting. • Work with large and complex datasets and ensure data integrity and consistency. • Develop and maintain database objects, ETL processes, and data interfaces. • Identify and resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support. • Collaborate with business analysts, application developers, and technical teams. • Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment activities. • Follow best practices for database development, security, performance, and maintainability. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 9+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL development. • Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers. • Experience with query optimization and database performance tuning. • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling. • Experience working in enterprise-level application environments. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Eligible Visa status: H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, or USC.
