• Role & Company / Project Overview: Core Edge Solution is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads) to join the team on-site in Lahore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Launch, manage, and scale Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns. - Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CPA, and conversions. - Conduct creative testing, audience research, and performance analysis. - Manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking. - Drive profitable customer acquisition through data-driven strategies. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience. - Proven expertise in performance marketing and international markets. - Strong analytical skills and a track record of campaign optimization. - Note: Experience limited to boosting posts or basic engagement campaigns will not be considered. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Gulberg, Lahore, Pakistan. - Job Type: Full time On-site (Monday to Friday). - Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM). • Application Instructions: - Send your CV via email with the subject line 'Performance marketing manager (Meta ads)'.
