• Role & Company / Project Overview: Joyland is hiring an Assistant Manager – Marketing based in Lahore. The position is ideal for marketing professionals with experience in consumer-facing sectors looking to take charge of marketing activities and brand development. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns. - Plan and execute marketing activities, events, and brand activations. - Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution. - Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. - Support brand visibility, customer engagement, and promotional initiatives. - Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Manage timelines, budgets, and execution of assigned marketing projects. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing, retail, entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle industry. - Education: Graduate / Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably LUMS or LSE. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Lahore, Pakistan. - Onsite role. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates may submit their updated CV for consideration.
