• Role & Company / Project Overview A product engineering company with a strong AI focus helping startups, scale-ups, and software businesses build, modernize, automate, and scale digital products across the UK, US, Europe, and the Middle East is hiring a Marketing Associate for their Global Business & Strategy team. This role supports the commercial function directly by building credibility in front of founders, CTOs, and technology leaders through content, campaigns, and sales collateral traceable to pipeline. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Content & Communication: * Create and schedule LinkedIn, website, and blog content. * Turn projects into case studies and one-pagers. * Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels. * Maintain the content calendar. - Campaigns & Demand: * Support outbound and demand generation campaigns. * Track performance and report what's working. - Sales Support: * Update sales collateral and proposal templates. * Build research briefs on target accounts. * Keep the asset library organized. - Operations: * Keep CRM and campaign records accurate. * Coordinate with design and delivery. * Support events, webinars, and partners. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Essential Criteria: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related field. * 0–2 years of experience (internships, freelance, or a strong portfolio also count; fresh graduates welcome). * Excellent written English, clear and professional. * Comfortable with LinkedIn and Instagram as professional channels. * Organised, deadline-reliable, and proactive. * Proficiency with Google Workspace and Canva (or similar). - Desirable Criteria: * Exposure to B2B or technology marketing. * Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM or email tools. * Basic understanding of software, cloud, or AI, or eagerness to learn fast. * Basic design, video editing, or SEO skills. • Success Milestones - First 3 Months: Understand the business, build a consistent publishing rhythm, and organize the sales collateral library. - First 6 Months: Produce case studies and campaign content, with measurable improvement in reach and inbound engagement. - First 12 Months: Marketing contributes a traceable share of qualified conversations, and you own one or more channels end-to-end. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time employment. - Location: DHA Phase IV, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Send CV and a short note on why this role interests you, along with writing samples or published works if available, mentioning the position title in the subject line.
