Job description

Treten Academy is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Tutor to lead its Cybersecurity track and prepare learners with practical defensive skills using real enterprise security tools. Key Responsibilities include designing and delivering a structured curriculum covering network security, firewalls/WAF, threat detection, and incident response; running hands-on labs using SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and simulated attack/defense scenarios; and preparing learners for top industry certifications. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, along with certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent. Experience with WAF/ASM platforms (e.g., F5), SIEM tools, or penetration testing is required, alongside reliable availability for scheduled cohort sessions on weekday evenings or weekends. This is a cohort-based, part-time or contract remote position based out of Lagos, Nigeria.
