• Role & Company / Project Overview: Our client, an international iGaming company with over 8 years of experience offering a multi-user web experience in gambling and sports betting (operating across Africa, LATAM, Asia, and CIS countries), is hiring an ambitious Affiliate Manager to join its growing global team in Victoria Island, Lagos. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Identify, find, and onboard potential partners and advertisers across social media platforms. - Build and nurture relationships with social media influencers and brand partners. - Help partners launch successful advertising campaigns and provide ongoing support. - Support advertising campaigns, track, and analyze performance metrics. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree (BSc) and completed NYSC. - Good command / fluent in at least one international language (French or Arabic). - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to commute easily to the office in Victoria Island, Lagos. - Must be within the preferred age range and have an acceptable notice period. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. - Schedule: Flexible start time between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience and final interview results. - Performance-based bonuses (income scales with partner attraction and traffic). - 28 days of paid annual vacation / leave. - Full training and ongoing support to build skills and confidence. - Outstanding achievement rewards (one-time payments, trips, gifts, and more). • Application Instructions: - Send your CV along with a short note explaining why you are the right fit for this role via email.
