Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced QC Inspector – Welding & Piping to support our plant and utility facility projects in a brownfield environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct welding inspections, verify WPS/PQR, perform welder qualification checks, and carry out visual weld inspections. - Coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities. - Execute piping installation inspections, material verification, fit-up inspections, hydrotesting, and reinstatement verification. - Verify all site work against approved construction drawings, applicable codes, project specifications, and quality requirements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 6 years in the Oil & Gas industry. - Experience in plant and utility facilities, brownfield modifications, and upgrade projects is required. - Strong expertise in welding, NDT coordination, and piping inspection standards. - Previous client approvals from KOC, KNPC or JO, Aramco, ADNOC, etc., will be an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Kuwait (onsite project facilities). • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated CV via WhatsApp, clearly mentioning the position applied for.
