• Role & Company / Project Overview YouGrow Talent Company has an overseas hospitality vacancy in Kuwait for Senior Barista / Branch Manager (2 vacancies), sourcing on behalf of an MEA-approved Recruitment Agency. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage coffee shop / beverage bar operations, recipe standards, and equipment maintenance. - Oversee branch shift management, inventory levels, customer service, and team duties. - Prepare premium coffee, handcrafted specialty beverages, and maintain front-of-house excellence. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant hospitality experience in coffee brewing, barista service, or branch supervision. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Professional attitude and customer satisfaction focus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Duty: 10 hours per day. - Weekly day off provided. - Location: Kuwait. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: 170 KWD onwards per month. - Food allowance: 25 KWD (included in salary). - Accommodation provided. - Transportation provided. • Application Instructions - Forward your updated CV via WhatsApp.
