• Role & Company / Project Overview YouGrow Talent Company is hiring for an overseas opportunity in Kuwait through an MEA-approved Recruitment Agency, looking for a Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) (1 vacancy). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, station prep, and dish assembly. - Prepare ingredients, maintain high sanitation standards, and control waste. - Supervise and assist commis chefs across designated food production areas. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant hospitality kitchen experience. - Good communication skills. - Professional, disciplined attitude in a fast-paced environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working hours: 10 hours per day. - Weekly day off provided. - Location: Kuwait. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: 160 - 180 KWD per month. - Food allowance: 25 KWD (included in salary). - Accommodation provided. - Transportation provided. • Application Instructions - Submit updated resume via WhatsApp to the recruitment team.
