Role & Company / Project Overview: Fortune Bit Solutions Sdn Bhd is growing its KL team and hiring a Business Application Developer. In this role at Fortune Bit KL, you will work in collaboration with Tektician's team on real ERP and business application projects, handling everything from enhancing existing systems to designing and building new modules and enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Work on ERP, CRM, HR, property technology, and other business applications actively utilized by commercial enterprises. • Integrate AI-assisted development and vibe coding into your everyday development workflows to accelerate software delivery. • Translate business problems and requirements into robust, production-grade software solutions. • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and business teams to design, architect, build, and continuously enhance applications. • Develop and maintain backend and frontend modules using Python, Frappe, and ERPNext systems. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Moderate to strong professional experience in software and business application development. • Comfort and proficiency with modern AI-assisted coding tools and vibe coding methodologies. • Passion for learning, experimenting, and adopting new technologies. • Strong capability to comprehend core business requirements rather than merely following technical specifications. • ERPNext / Frappe experience is a strong plus. • Technical skills in Python, Frappe, and system design. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Office Based. • Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor, Malaysia.
