• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised professional for a 12-Month Contract position as a Regulatory & Product Registration Coordinator to support product regulatory activities, documentation, and compliance for a cosmetics portfolio. This role is ideal for individuals currently working as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, Regulatory Affairs Executive, Product Registration Executive, Regulatory Compliance Executive, or in a related regulatory capacity within the cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Prepare and submit product notifications through the NPRA (National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency) database. - Maintain and update existing submissions. - Support product notification renewals and track submission timelines systematically. - Manage regulatory files, dossiers, and records diligently. - Review product artworks and formulations against local regulatory standards and compliance requirements. - Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across departments. - Assist the Regulatory Affairs Manager with various other regulatory affairs matters and ad-hoc tasks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Science, Cosmetic Science, or a related discipline. - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Registration, Regulatory Compliance, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics. - Prior hands-on exposure to NPRA product notification, regulatory documentation, product artwork verification, formulations, or product compliance is highly advantageous. - Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational capabilities, effective communication skills, and proven ability to manage multiple regulatory timelines concurrently. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. - Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract. - Work arrangement: Onsite / Office-based. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates may apply through the Adecco Career Portal/LinkedIn or email their updated resume directly to the recruitment team with 'Regulatory & Product Registration Coordinator' in the subject line.
