Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview A global medical technology company specializing in innovative solutions for structural heart disease and critical care is seeking an Order Management Specialist for a 1-year contract role based in Kuala Lumpur. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer service enquiries, order management, invoicing, and inventory-related issues. - Maintain accurate customer cases and order records in the relevant systems. - Coordinate with the Commercial Team, warehouse personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Support order entry, phone enquiries, consignment stock planning, and regional business operations. - Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring Customer Service Representatives. - Participate in system testing, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. - Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. - Must have hands-on experience with at least ONE of the following systems: JDE, SFDC, or SAP. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. - Work Arrangement: Fully On-site. - Contract Duration: 1 Year contract. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: RM5,700 – RM6,600 per month. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV for consideration.
