### Role & Company / Project Overview DAGA HOSPITALITY presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead training and development initiatives within a major integrated resort environment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead the overall Training & Development function. • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with service excellence. • Manage the training team and oversee training centre operations. • Deliver frontline service excellence and leadership development programmes. • Strengthen employee capabilities, performance, and professional growth. • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to improve service standards. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 10 years of relevant Training & Development experience, including leadership responsibilities. • Strong background in hotels, resorts, hospitality, or food and beverage operations. • HRD Corp Accredited Trainer or HRDF Train-the-Trainer certification. • Proven experience managing training teams and developing training strategies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia • Major integrated resort environment ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Up to RM 20,000+ per month (Negotiable) • Charges Applicable ### Application Instructions • To apply, please send your resume via WhatsApp strictly.
