Role & Company / Project Overview: Sunora Solar is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality / Maintenance to join the operations team in Kosamba, Gujarat. This role is responsible for overseeing plant maintenance, line operations, automation, and team leadership within the solar manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle shift-wise line maintenance activities across the facility. • Manage automation and production line maintenance operations. • Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and automation breakdowns efficiently. • Ensure rigorous preventive maintenance and handle breakdown maintenance. • Manage critical spare parts and inventory control. • Coordinate actively with Production and other departments for seamless operations. • Lead the maintenance team and effectively manage shop-floor manpower. • Maintain comprehensive maintenance records, adhere to safety standards, and uphold 5S workplace organization practices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: B.E. degree. • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in solar or manufacturing industries. • Demonstrated expertise in maintenance management, automation systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team leadership. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kosamba, Gujarat, India. • Shift-wise operations as required by manufacturing schedule.
