Role & Company / Project Overview Opportunity at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in Kolkata for an exceptional Design Verification Leader / DV Manager. This leadership opportunity is centered on building and scaling a world-class Design Verification (DV) organization, shaping engineering culture, and driving leadership from the ground up. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing Design Verification organization from scratch • Drive verification architecture and overall strategic verification direction • Oversee verification planning, coverage closure, and execution across complex SoC/ASIC designs • Direct debug, root-cause analysis, and methodology improvements • Challenge architectural assumptions, execution plans, and established best practices to ensure uncompromising silicon quality • Ensure high performance, quality, and engineering productivity across all verification milestones • Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and make tough technical and architectural decisions • Handle advanced DV methodologies including UVM, formal verification, performance verification, and power-aware verification Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven technical leadership experience in Design Verification (DV) • Deep technical expertise in Verification architecture & strategy • Strong hands-on proficiency in SystemVerilog & UVM • Extensive experience in Coverage closure & verification methodology • Demonstrated track record in verification planning, execution, debug, and root-cause analysis • Expertise in complex SoC verification, formal verification, performance verification, and power-aware verification • Proven track record in building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams • Strong cross-functional leadership and decisive technical judgment Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India (Financial District) Compensation & Benefits • Not specified Application Instructions • Send a direct message or connect via email; curiosity is enough to start the conversation (no CV initially required).
