### Role & Company / Project Overview Pride Plaza Hotel Kolkata (part of Pride Hotels Group) is hiring an F&B Hostess to join their hospitality team. The position plays a key role in welcoming guests, managing table reservations, and ensuring high standards of guest service. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival with exceptional professionalism. • Manage seating arrangements, guest reservations, and table allocations efficiently. • Coordinate with food and beverage service staff to ensure seamless guest dining experiences. • Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information regarding dining options and menus. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Prior work experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels is mandatory. • Candidates based in Kolkata with relevant experience in reputed hospitality organisations will be preferred. • Strong verbal communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pride Plaza Hotel, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • Hotel rotational shifts as per hospitality operational requirements. ### Compensation & Benefits • Industry standard compensation structure. ### Application Instructions • Interested and eligible candidates should submit an updated CV.
