### Role & Company / Project Overview Pride Plaza Hotel Kolkata is seeking an F&B Guest Service Associate (GSA) to deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests in hotel dining outlets. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Present menus, provide food and beverage recommendations, and take guest orders accurately. • Serve food and drinks promptly and maintain dining area cleanliness and setup. • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and billing processes professionally. • Adhere to all standard operating procedures for food service and guest satisfaction. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Prior experience working in 4-star or 5-star hotels is required. • Candidates based in Kolkata with relevant experience in reputed hospitality organisations will be preferred. • Excellent communication and hospitality etiquette. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • Rotational hospitality shifts. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive remuneration as per hotel industry norms. ### Application Instructions • Send your updated CV for shortlisting.
