• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent requirement for Device Deployment / Epic Go-Live Support Technicians for a healthcare IT project in Kentucky. This is an immediate requirement for an initial 1-month contract (1099 / C2C / W2). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide Desktop, Deskside, and Field Support across healthcare facility environments. - Execute IT hardware and device deployment tasks. - Perform workstation, printer, and scanner setup and configuration. - Carry out basic network and connectivity troubleshooting. - Assist with Epic Go-Live and clinical IT support operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience in Desktop / Deskside / Field Support. - Hands-on experience with IT hardware and device deployment. - Proven skill in workstation, printer, and scanner setup. - Ability to troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues. - Experience in Healthcare / Hospital IT is preferred. - Experience in Epic Go-Live / Clinical IT Support is a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Kentucky, United States. - Contract Duration: Initially 1 month. - Engagement type: 1099 / C2C / W2. • Application Instructions - Submit Resume, Current Location, Preferred Location, Availability, and Work Authorization details.
