Role & Company / Project Overview: Gotion Power Morocco is hiring a professional Guide / Receptionist to represent the company during high-profile on-site visits in Kenitra. The role is central to foreign affairs, VIP hospitality, and corporate presentation. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide professional explanations to domestic and foreign government agencies, enterprise clients, and foreign guests throughout the entire visit process. • Handle comprehensive bilingual reception services for international guests and delegations. • Review, tailor, and optimize the visiting route presentation script. • Independently coordinate and execute the physical display of the facility visiting route and address inquiries from external visitors. • Perform essential administrative and coordination tasks including daily visit scheduling, formal meeting arrangements, and hotel reservations. • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and logistical requirements to ensure the seamless execution of daily company operations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Excellent appearance, proper demeanor, elegant behavior, and an outstanding professional corporate image with refined business etiquette. • Fluent communication skills in English and French, or Chinese, capable of executing obstacle-free foreign affairs communication. • Strong verbal expression, articulateness, and fast on-the-spot adaptability. • Prior experience in providing professional explanations/tours, foreign affairs reception, or related administrative coordination is strongly preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kenitra, Morocco. • On-site role at company premises.
