• Role & Company / Project Overview: A reputed Merchant Banking company, in partnership with GlobalJob, is recruiting a Lead – HR & Admin based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Lead – HR will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions and supporting the business in fostering a high-performance culture in a dynamic merchant banking environment. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and engagement. - Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with business goals and compliance requirements. - Support organizational development and workforce planning. - Coordinate with management on key HR initiatives and talent management. - Ensure statutory compliance and maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in financial services, merchant banking, or corporate settings. - Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, labour laws, and compliance requirements. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal. • Compensation & Benefits: - Corporate merchant banking career opportunities and growth. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their CV with the recruitment team.
