Role & Company / Project Overview: Traffscaler is looking for a creative, motivated Associate Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will build websites and high-converting landing pages that help businesses attract customers, run successful ad campaigns, and scale online. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and maintain business websites and dedicated landing pages. • Build specialized pages optimized for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. • Create and integrate lead capture forms, CRM connections, and marketing integrations. • Implement responsive, mobile-first design principles across all deliverables. • Optimize website loading speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. • Configure and verify conversion tracking, analytics tags, and tracking scripts. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6 months to 1 year of experience in web development. • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Demonstrated experience building responsive, mobile-optimized websites. • Familiarity with WordPress or other website platforms/CMS. • A portfolio showcasing completed web projects and landing pages. • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new development challenges.
