• Role & Company / Project Overview: 10 Bricks Solutions is seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites while ensuring excellent performance, functionality, and user experience. We are looking for a responsible, creative, and detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of website development and maintenance and is committed to delivering high-quality results. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites. - Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web pages. - Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO). - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues. - Implement new features and functionalities as required. - Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. - Maintain website security, backups, updates, and overall functionality. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in web development. - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or other content management systems (CMS). - Knowledge of PHP and website databases will be considered an advantage. - Understanding of responsive web design and website performance optimization. - Familiarity with SEO-friendly development practices. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Location: FF02, 1st Floor, Empress Tower, Empress Road, Lahore, Pakistan. • Compensation & Benefits: - A market-competitive salary package offered based on candidate's experience, technical skills, and qualifications. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV via email or WhatsApp.
