Role & Company / Project Overview Splendid Systems is actively hiring experienced Calling Agents for international outbound campaigns covering ACA, DME, Medicare, and HI. This opportunity is strictly open to experienced candidates, and freshers are not eligible. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Conduct outbound calling on international campaigns (ACA, DME, Medicare, HI) • Deliver excellent communication and customer service to international prospects • Meet campaign targets and performance standards Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 1 year of international outbound calling experience • Excellent verbal communication skills • Prior experience on ACA, DME, Medicare, or HI campaigns preferred • Freshers are not eligible Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Working Days: Monday to Saturday • Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift) • Location: Cavish Court, Near Baloch Colony, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite) Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 (based on experience) • Commission + Performance Bonuses • Female pick & drop facility available Application Instructions • Submit your application via the provided email or text via WhatsApp
