• Role & Company / Project Overview Elite Solutions USA is hiring for Customer Service Representatives - Inbound Calls (3 positions open) to join the Karachi branch. Candidates will be part of a dynamic, expanding international support setup. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle incoming customer calls professionally and resolve customer queries and concerns. - Deliver excellent inbound customer support and maintain high satisfaction levels. - Record call logs, customer notes, and follow up as required. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Fluent English communication skills are mandatory. - Prior relevant experience in inbound customer support or call center operations. - Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: Night shift (on-site). - Work Mode: On-site only (no remote work available). - Office Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi, Pakistan. • Compensation & Benefits - Commensurate with experience and expected salary. • Application Instructions - Send resume with subject line specifying the position. - Mention notice period (if applicable), expected salary, and confirmation of willingness to work on-site on night shift.
