Candidates must have 2 to 3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding, international sales, lead generation, proposal writing, and client acquisition. The job involves managing international client communications and securing new business partnerships during the evening shift (5 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday). Strong English communication skills are required.
