Role & Company / Project Overview: Chapal (Built for Life Since 1968) is hiring an experienced MEP Manager – Mechanical Engineer to oversee mechanical services and MEP coordination across real estate development projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and supervise mechanical MEP works at project sites • Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other mechanical services • Review MEP drawings, designs, and technical specifications • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams • Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems • Ensure work meets approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines • Review contractor work, materials, and technical submissions • Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues on site Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: BE / B.E. Mechanical Engineering • Experience: 8–12+ years of relevant MEP experience • Experience in large-scale residential / commercial projects • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems • Experience in MEP coordination and project execution • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings • Strong contractor and site management skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Karachi, Pakistan • Onsite project management Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their CV via email.
