• Role & Company / Project Overview: Burque (The Best Route To Market) is currently hiring an Assistant Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in Karachi, Pakistan. The position plays a critical role in partnering with assigned business functions to drive talent, operations, and organizational success. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead end-to-end HR business partnering activities for assigned business areas, including onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations, and employee relations. - Support talent acquisition, workforce planning, and Performance Management System (PMS) cycles. - Ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and develop HR analytics and dashboards to support data-driven management decisions. - Collaborate with Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) and Sales Capability Centers of Excellence (COEs) on capability-building and organizational development initiatives. - Coach and guide Associate HRBPs and HRBP Executives on HR processes, stakeholder management, and effective business partnering. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - MBA in Human Resources (HR); CHRP certification preferred. - 4 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in HR business partnering or core HR roles. - Strong expertise in workforce planning, compliance, PMS, and HR analytics. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. - On-site business operations. • Application Instructions: - Eligible and interested candidates are invited to apply by emailing their CV. - Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
