Role & Company / Project Overview: Burque Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to step into the role of Head of People Services. The role oversees People Services, HR Operations, Payroll, HR Digitalization, Employee Benefits, and end-to-end HR service delivery, fostering efficient and technology-driven HR processes. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead employee master data governance and integration across HR, payroll, and finance systems. • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. • Drive HR digitalization, process automation, and employee self-service initiatives. • Oversee employee benefits administration as well as Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters. • Manage HR vendors, contract negotiations, and service-level performance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Master's degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited university. • 8 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, including demonstrated leadership in HR operations, payroll, and HR digitalization. • Strong operational leadership skills with a passion for building automated, streamlined HR workflows. • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD will be considered an added advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. • Work setup: Onsite corporate office.
