Role & Company / Project Overview: At Strugbits, we are looking for a Senior Designer who understands that great design is more than making things look good. It is about knowing what works, why it works, and how to make it better. We want someone with a sharp visual eye, strong creative judgment, and hands-on experience using AI tools to produce high-quality visuals efficiently, without compromising on craft. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Produce high-impact creatives for Meta Ads, social media, and paid campaigns. • Handle AI-assisted image generation, retouching, compositing, and video production. • Drive visual storytelling, composition, typography, and creative variations for A/B testing. • Develop UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and product interfaces. • Prepare print-ready designs and brand collateral. • Generate creative concepts, conduct trend research, and mentor junior designers. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 years of professional design experience. • Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion/video tools. • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Kling, Higgsfield, Seedance, or similar. • Solid Figma skills and an understanding of UI/UX principles. • A portfolio that demonstrates excellent visual craft, not just tool proficiency. • Someone proactive who brings ideas to the table, takes ownership, and can explain the reasoning behind their design decisions. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-A, Karachi, Pakistan. • Work Mode: On-site. • Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday. • Job Type: Full-time.
