Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer based in Karachi to strengthen our digital brand identity while creating impactful offline marketing designs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead digital content creation for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements. • Develop engaging visuals for websites, product showcases, and paid digital advertising campaigns. • Create impactful POSM, in-store branding, trade marketing materials, and event collaterals. • Ensure all creative output aligns strictly with brand identity guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audiences. • Stay updated with emerging design trends, digital innovations, and consumer behavior. • Collaborate closely with marketing, trade marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions. • Take full ownership of creative concepts from initial ideation to final execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a top-tier advertising/creative agency or reputable brand. • Proven experience working on well-known local or international brands is highly preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Strong portfolio showcasing digital content, social media designs, advertising campaigns, and creative concepts. • Solid understanding of digital platforms, branding standards, and print production processes. • Strong conceptualization, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive mindset with a genuine passion for researching trends and delivering innovative creative work.
