• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Technical Trainer specializing in Cybersecurity for US Staffing process operations. The interview process is conducted via Telephonic or Virtual mode. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Train and mentor candidates in core Cybersecurity domains and practices. - Conduct technical assessments, evaluations, and mock sessions. - Apply robust technical expertise and knowledge of US hiring standards. - Communicate effectively with candidates and internal recruitment teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience. - Core domain expertise as a Cybersecurity Trainer. - Demonstrable background in mentoring candidates and carrying out technical assessments. - Strong understanding of technical concepts and knowledge of the US hiring process. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Schedule: 5 Days working. - Shift: Night Shift. - Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. - Work Arrangement: Remote option is available for desirable candidates. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). • Application Instructions Interested candidates can drop their updated CV or connect with HR Shabana Parveen via phone or WhatsApp.
